Team
HEM JOSHIPURA, Chairman
Hem is a disciplined and focused person. He has a simple, ethical and straight-forward approach towards life; the very qualities that his company reeks of too. He is a sports enthusiast and fitness freak with over 16 years of experience in the game of cricket.
Hem represented Gujarat University and the State of Gujarat at various age group levels which offered him the golden opportunity to represent Gujarat in Ranji Trophy from 2001 to 2010. He passionately played first class cricket. Later, he also had two stints of league cricket in the United Kingdom.
Being a sports person, he actively engages into long distance running, cycling and high intensity yoga.
Hem is currently associated with the reputed St. Xaviers Loyola Hall School (Ahmedabad) as a cricket coach where he mentors young minds to gear up for a brighter future.
Owing to a lifetime of practice sessions and team playing, Hem has all qualities of a sportsman such as hard work, dedication, sincerity, modesty and teamwork fused with the right amount of courage and aggression. He knows how to deliver calmly under pressure and understands human psychology with ease.
ISHANI JOSHIPURA, Managing Director
Ishani has an MBA in Marketing and a good amount of experience with an advertising agency as her past stint. While working with the agency, she wore many hats and handled everything from client handling and coordination to all the admin work of the office.
She also handled government clients for different projects ranging from Anti-Corruption and Education to Police Department.
Her work background honed her as a person who has the eye today to assess a person’s calibre and appoint the right candidate in the right profile.
Together, Hem and Ishani are a combustible combination of many complementing qualities that help in identifying the human in Human Resource.
